Kitchen and utilities: Electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.
Outside: There is an enclosed area in front of the French doors and another beautiful deck with table and chairs for the use of the property which overlooks the valley.
Parking: The allocated parking space is adjacent to the property.
General: Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. (Please bring your own beach towels.) Wifi. No smoking.
Pets: 1 dog is allowed.
Accessibility: The property is on one level with no internal steps, making it suitable for the less mobile.

Clippity Clop is amazing accommodation. Comfortable bed, great kitchen and bathroom. Nice lounge and dinning area. Extremely well equipped. TV easy to use and good size. It’s sits in fabulous, peaceful grounds. This is not be missed, we are going back as soon as we can. The hosts David and Paula are truly outstanding, making our visit exceptional. Forget 10/10 this place is way above.
