Along the hallway is a small bathroom with an electric shower cubicle and a bath. The second bedroom can be found further along the hallway, hosting twin beds with a cupboard and a chest of drawers for further storage. A washer/dryer can also be found in the utility cupboard in this room for guest usage. Heading up the stairs, you are immediately presented with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen complete with everything you could need to cook up a storm for the whole family, ideal for families or friends looking to cater for themselves. A dining table is situated in the corner of the kitchen area and leading from the kitchen is the main living room with plenty of sofas, TV and coffee table, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Throw open the lovely French doors to reveal a stunning view of the fishing harbour. Up the stairs from the living area is loft which houses the master bedroom, well-decorated with plenty of storage facilities and a Velux window that presents another beautiful view of the harbour where fishing boats regularly visit. For those who love walking, the Mourne Mountains are closely located and feature Northern Ireland's highest mountain peak at 853m. Alternatively, the Annalong coastal path makes for a gentler stroll. Travel towards Tollymore Forest Park, boasting an 18th-century folly and surrounded by natural woodland, where you can explore the grounds and get in some great walking opportunities. Due to its coastal location, you are ideally placed for visiting the wonderful nearby sandy beaches, where you can spend the afternoon relaxing against the soft sands or swimming in the clear waters.
