Set on a quiet street in the heart of Dolgellau market town in southern Snowdonia, this newly renovated cottage is the ideal retreat after great days out discovering the area’s wide range of attractions and amenities.

Located in the centre of Dolgellau market town in southern Snowdonia, this welcoming, renovated cottage offers a peaceful setting on a quiet side street. The excellent range of cafes, restaurants, independent shops and bars are all located literally around the corner. A myriad of spectacular walks also start from the doorstep, including Mawddach Trail and the popular Snowdonia mountain, Cader Idris.

With world-class mountain biking at Coed y Brenin, a Blue Flag beach at Barmouth, a steam train at Talyllyn, castles, Zip World, Bounce Below and so much more, this really is an amazing base to enjoy North Wales at its best.

Size: sleeps 4 in 3 bedrooms, as well as a Toddler bed in a separate room

Beds: 1 king, 2 single rooms, 1 Toddler Room

Rooms: ground floor: kitchen, living/dining room. First floor: King bedroom, Toddler bedroom, shower room. Second floor: 2 single bedrooms (one also with day bed), landing with reading area.

Kitchen & utilities: includes dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine.

Entertainment: 2 x TVs, DVD player, board game box, books and 2 foot-spas

For families: travel cot, stairgates and highchair available on request. Toddler bedroom is ideal for an independent growing child, in a safe environment with safety gates fitted on stairs. Direct access to bathroom across the landing.

Outside: Small enclosed yard at the back of the cottage with table and chairs.

Parking: 1 secure parking space provided. Street parking available for additional cars on a first come, first served basis.

General: wifi, bed linen and towels provided, gas central heating and electricity included. Welcome Pack on your arrival

Pets: 2 dogs welcome at an additional charge. Please also note dogs are not allowed upstairs

    The cottage was immaculately clean and tidy. It was comfortable, spacious and caters well with some nice touches. The cottage is in the centre of the the vibrant town so is very handy for shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Dolgellau and surrounding area is stunning.

    The cottage is in a great location in the town with access to a variety of shops,pubs and eating places.Some good walks and places of interest within walking distance of the cottage.Lots of nice places to visit just a short drive from the property.Would certainly like to return.
