A wonderful house which has been refurbished to the highest quality, a real home from home. Pelynt is ideally located between Looe and Polperro. There is a good convenience store in the village and Waitrose deliver to the house too. The whole house was immaculately clean and the kitchen had every utensil you could ask for. Cathy and Pete next door couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The house stands in spacious grounds and has a lovely covered BBQ area which also doubled as a stage for our ukulele concert. The rooms are spacious and the house was a wonderful venue for our Murder Mystery Evening, you don't have to worry though the murderer was lead away in handcuffs! :-D Would totally recommend this house to anyone.
