This property is located within a beautiful, privately owned estate surrounded by acres of nature reserve offering plenty of outdoor activities from biking to paddle boarding. The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single-sex groups or excessive noise after 11.00pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.

1 Somerford Lodges commands a stunning location overlooking the main sailing lake – Somerford Lagoon. Ideal for keen water enthusiasts, you can launch directly from the property on to the water but equally well set back from the water’s edge with a garden area. Accommodation arranged over 3 floors to accommodate 8 guests. Fabulous example of contemporary living awaits your holiday destination complete with Sky sports, Sky cinema and BT sport.

GROUND FLOOR

Spacious master bedroom suite can be found to the ground floor, super king bed & ensuite shower room. Wardrobe & chest of drawers. Small sofa. Sliding patio doors leading on to the rear decking. There is a further double bedroom and family bathroom on the ground floor.

FIRST FLOOR

Extremely well fitted kitchen with double oven, gas hob, built-in microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer & washing dryer. Breakfast bar. Nespresso Vertuo plus coffee machine. Fully equipped to accommodate 8 guests.

Lounge/Dining Area

Fabulous open plan area with vaulted ceiling creating a light and airy room. Fully glazed doors to the rear providing stunning views of the Lagoon, access to the first floor balcony with spiral stairs leading to the ground floor. Modern table & chairs seating 8 guests.

First Floor – Bunk room to the first floor with chest of drawers.

SECOND FLOOR

Open plan mezzanine bedroom with restricted head height. Double bed and ensuite shower room. Please note this bedroom is open planned to the living room below.

ADDITIONAL

Towels, bed linen, highchair and travel cot are provided however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot. One allocated parking space, overflow parking. Free Wi-Fi. Pets allowed.

Spa use included, please contact the Spa direct for opening times for Guests. Please be aware the Wi-Fi signal varies, there is no fibre optic currently available on the Estate. The homeowner cannot be responsible for slow Wi-Fi connections

This property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit.

As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.

N.B Please note, Somerford Lagoon lake is closed from October - March due to nesting birds.
