This property is located within a beautiful, privately owned estate surrounded by acres of nature reserve offering plenty of outdoor activities from biking to paddle boarding. The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for single-sex groups of more than 6 or excessive noise after 11.00pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival.

The Skydeck design of 28 Beaumont Village offers 360 degree views of the village and surrounding Dorset countryside from the full length roof terrace. The Skydeck represents the perfect marriage of contemporary architecture, eco-friendly construction and outstanding connectivity with the great outdoors.

Offering three bed accommodation with full width balconies to beds 1 & 2, along with a fully enclosed garden, the property is pet friendly and the ideal family holiday destination.

Onsite access to water sports equipment and bikes are only available to guests staying at properties with an ‘Activity Hub Membership’. These properties are marked with a canoe symbol on our properties page and have details listed in the overview. At this time, casual hire of equipment is not available onsite, however guests may bring their own.

Ground Floor:

The open plan glass fronted living area provides a fantastic space to relax and socialise with friends and family. There is comfortable dual sofa seating around a wood burning stove and wall mounted TV, supported by a leather swivel recliner armchair and contrasting foot rest. Slide away patio doors give access to a decking patio, fully enclosed with glass screens and chromium handrail and supports.

The kitchen offers plenty of workspace and is well equipped with, Microwave, Oven, Hob, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle and 60/40 split Fridge Freezer. The workstation peninsula acts as a natural divide to the lounge area and also provides for a six seater breakfast bar.

A separate utility room gives ample space for any washing that may be required whilst visiting and this can be undertaken in the fitted washer/dryer.

TV Room- There is a comfortable TV room with TV to base unit and DVD player, contrasting side table and three seater settee.

The ground floor shower room offers walk in shower cubicle mixer taps and shower spray, low level wc, wall mounted wash basin, heated chromium towel rail shaver socket and coat rack.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 overlooking Beaumont Lake, the spa and beach is a spacious room furnished with a King sized bed and contrasting furniture of dressing table and mirror, tall boy chest of drawers and bed side tables with personal lights. Fitted wardrobe with hanging rail and storage shelf over. The whole of the south facing wall has floor to ceiling slide away patio doors to enclosed balcony and is ideal for taking in the views.

En-suite Shower Room: Large walk in shower fixed oversize shower and flexible hand shower, wall mounted wash basin with storage drawer under, low level wc, heated chromium towel rail, shaver socket.

Bedroom 2 overlooking the communal village BBQ area with slide away patio doors to enclosed balcony. Twin or King size bed option, matching chest of drawers, tall boy chest of drawers and bedside tables with personal lights.

En-suite Shower Room: Walk in shower with fixed oversize shower and separate flexible hand shower, low level wc, wall mounted wash basin, heated chromium towel rail and shaver socket.

Bedroom 3: Bunkbeds and storage cupboard.

Skydeck Roof Terrace- accessed from the landing via staircase and electric opening roof light the roof terrace adds an extra dimension where you can survey the surrounding village and countryside, soak up the sun or gaze at the stars in the night sky.

Outside: A shingle drive provides ample parking and there is a small enclosed lawned garden to the rear.

Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot and highchairs provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot. Wi-Fi included.

As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, this property does have feather bedding, if you are allergic to feathers you may wish to bring your own bedding.
