Offering some of the best walking within the area from your doorstep explore the Black Mountains and join the Offa s Dyke pathway which takes you deeper into the countryside. Ideal for touring with the market towns of Abergavenny with regular farmers market and food festival Crickhowell nestled within the Usk Valley and Hay-on-Wye with an eclectic range of book shops all celebrating the book festivals throughout the year. Make the most of the Herefordshire countryside and follow the Great Cider Route or join in the many local produce festivals. Drive through the gates and take in the views across the valley to the Black Mountains. Step inside and leave your walking boots in the utility room a great base for a muddy dog with washing machine and tumble dryer. Step back into the hallway with white washed stone wall and flagstone floors into the lounge the exposed A-frame with fully glazed windows either side of the barn enable you to make the most of the mountains whatever the time of day the original features have been sympathetically restored and mix well with the contemporary furnishings sit back on the corner sofa and catch up with friends in front of the wood burner there is Sky TV just perfect for a good film. The views across to the Black Mountains will take your breath away whatever the time of year the garden is enclosed with gated access to the farmland river and waymarked pathways.
