There’s a second lounge where you can watch TV as well as a utility room and a separate WC on the ground floor. Four of the bedrooms are on the first floor: the master with a super-king-size sleigh bed, antique furniture and an en-suite shower room, a bright double room, and two twin rooms, along with a family bathroom. The second floor houses a bunk bedroom, a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom. Outside, relax on the large patio with seating areas for relaxing, dining, and evening drinks. Fire up the BBQ while the kids and canines let off steam on the large, fenced lawn. There’s also a kennel and a dog run for the pups when you go out.

Wander along the footpath to the sandy beach (1 mile) or into Thornham village (0.5 miles) the other way to the farm shop, deli, pubs, and eateries. Visit the Sea Life Sanctuary and Rainbow Park fairground in Hunstanton (5 miles) and play golf at the beautiful links course at Royal West Norfolk Golf Club (3 miles). Explore Brancaster Bay’s amazing beaches (3 miles) and Wells-next-the-Sea (12 miles).
