Meg's Cottage in Norwich is highly praised for its cleanliness, homely atmosphere, and well-equipped nature. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, including books, games, and a coffee machine. While the steep staircase and main road location are noted, these are often outweighed by the cottage's charm and convenience to local amenities.
The cottage consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with numerous guests describing it as spotless and well-maintained. This indicates a strong attention to detail in its upkeep.
The location is generally seen as convenient, close to local pubs, shops, and Norwich city centre. However, some guests note the proximity to a busy road and potential noise, slightly affecting the score.
Comfort is well-regarded, with mentions of cosy living spaces and comfortable beds. Some guests find the sofa and one of the beds less comfortable, and the steep stairs present a challenge for some.
While guests are pleased with the well-equipped kitchen and the provision of games and books, there are mixed comments about the maintenance of certain aspects like the garden and parking space. Due to the lack of consistent detail across reviews, a precise score cannot be provided.
Guests frequently mention the thoughtful gestures, such as welcome goodies and dog treats. While these are appreciated, it is important to note that such personal touches, although delightful, are subject to change and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Clean, cozy and comfy! Well located for travel into Norwich and further afield into the countryside. Really appreciated tone and speed of responsiveness from the owner as well.

Also vet in back bedroom was like sleeping on a boat. Every time my husband moved I rocked about which meant we slept separately during our stay. The sofa is also very low which gave us both difficulty getting g off it. All said the cottage is very well equipped and very warm. Negotiating the stairs was tricky but we coped. We couldnt park the car in the parking space so gad to use the grass verge outside next doors cottage. Not ideal.
