Enter through the front porch, ideal for storing muddy boots after a day on the Cleveland Way, and step into the inviting lounge, where a wood-burning stove adds a toasty glow on cooler evenings. The adjoining kitchen is well-equipped for cooking hearty meals, with both a breakfast bar and a dining table for gathering around. A handy ground-floor shower room and utility cupboard with a washing machine add to the practical touches.

Lovely holiday cottage very, very well equipped wanted for nothing. No rules and regulations about the dogs we all felt at home immediately. Dog friendly area with lots of nice walks Skinningrove beach a little gem a 20 minute walk away. Right on the Cleveland way for longer walks along the cliffs. Just perfect will be back

This was my second time at Marsay this year and we throughly enjoyed it it was red hot and we spent the days down the beach at Skinningrove which was never busy and free parking what more could you want .There are plenty of places to eat the pizza take away is good and local fish and chips are great .Sue the cleaner is a credit to the owners as the place was spotless the locals are friendly and the parking at marsay was outside the house.We will be back after the school holidays so thank you Jane and Sue great job

This cottage is probably the best equipped & cleanest we have stayed in. Lovely welcome text on our arrival day, welcome pack in cottage, everything you could possibly think of supplied, comfy bed, dogs made so welcome views, from both bedrooms. One side fields, one side the sea & cliffs. Met several neighbours who were so welcoming. We also met Sue the housekeeper who is so friendly & does a fabulous job. The area is a great base to visit other places in the area but also you have great walks on your doorstep. We visited Willows Cake Shop in Loftus for coffee & cake, a lovely little find. All in all a fabulous stay in a lovely, well looked after cottage…home from home 😊
