Hillberry Cottage

About this property

Hillberry Cottage is a delightful cottage resting in Yealand Redmayne, Lancashire, boasting sweeping rural views, a woodburning stove, and a magnificent multi-tiered garden. Ideal for families, friends, and dog owners looking to explore the countryside, this welcoming retreat combines characterful interiors with an enviable setting in one of Lancashire's most scenic villages.

Step through the door and discover a cottage-style interior designed for spending quality time together. The sitting room invites guests to gather around the woodburning stove after days spent exploring the surrounding countryside, creating a warm focal point for evenings with a favourite film or conversation over a cup of tea. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing everything from leisurely breakfasts to hearty evening meals, while the thoughtfully arranged layout makes it easy to settle into holiday life. Two inviting bedrooms await when evening arrives, comprising a double and a twin room, offering flexible accommodation for families and small groups alike. Completing the interior is a bathroom featuring both a bath and a walk-in shower, providing options whether you're preparing for the day ahead or freshening up after an adventure outdoors.

The true highlight lies beyond the cottage. Step outside into the impressive private tiered garden, where lawned areas, patio spaces, and outdoor furniture combine to create a wonderful spot for al fresco dining or simply admiring the far-reaching countryside views. As the light changes across the landscape, it becomes easy to linger outdoors and appreciate the beauty of the surrounding scenery.
