This delightful 1920’s two bedroom cottage looks directly over the New Forest, and the ever changing panoramic view from its windows are truly amazing,  Guests will certainly enjoy watching the New Forest ponies, donkeys, cows and deer roaming at will in the New Forest National Park; yet the cottage is only a short walk into the lovely village of Brockenhurst, where you can find bakers, butcher, greengrocers and a choice of café’s with their home-made produce. Within the New Forest, gourmet restaurants abound! If you are a keen walker or cyclist, for you the property is ideally placed with direct forest access from outside the cottage allowing for miles of walking and cycling routes on the trails.  Bikes can be safely stored within the boot room of the cottage or hired from Cycle Experience in the village.

Lord Montague’s fascinating Motor museum and the Bucklers Hard old shipbuilders village are in Beaulieu, just a short drive away.  The interesting and local villages of Lyndhurst and Burley are also close by.  The London Waterloo to Weymouth railway line stops at Brockenhurst’s quaint old railway station, and travels through the forest stopping by Bournemouth’s sandy beaches.  Drive or take the 15 minute train ride to the lovely old smugglers market town of Lymington, where the very busy market is held every Saturday morning, or simply sit with an ice cream and watch the boats go by.  If you fancy a spa day then both Carey’s Manor or Balmer Lawn Hotel in Brockenhurst offer a pampering day in the spa.
