Trippet Cottage is situated next door to Hallagenna riding stables and livery yard. If you want to bring your horse with you on holiday, there are some fabulous hacks across the breathtaking and unspoilt scenery of Bodmin Moor, from rocky tors, open moorland, atmospheric wooded valleys and gentle streams.

Cottage was well worth the money and more, beautifully furnished and comfortable cottage with amazing brickwork on the outside. Cottage’s location is in a beautiful setting of St. Breward on the drive through the moor which is home to free roaming sheep, wild horses and cattle. Nearby riding stables are an excellent way to discover the moor and scenery of the beautiful Cornish landscape. Lovely cottage that’s home from home. Highly recommended and are booking again for next year already!!

Lovely base for exploring the Moors and further afield. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Large fridge/freezer and washer dryer in the kitchen (which was very useful as the weather wasn't very kind during our week). Booked the beginners horse/pony riding which was a lovely experience. Easy parking - one car next to the cottage and one just opposite. There were a couple of negatives - The wet room was extremely slippy when the floor was wet, and we were a bit surprised to find that there was limited Wifi as this was not mentioned in the website details we booked the holiday through.
