Visit the Tate Gallery in St Ives (7 miles), then explore the many shops and restaurants which hug the shores of the numerous bays and beaches in the town. Marazion is 5 miles away and is the starting point for an adventure across the causeway to St Michael's Mount. If the tide prevents you from walking across the ancient cobbles then there is always the ferry to carry you across to explore the castle and sub-tropical gardens. For the young, or young at heart, Flambards amusement park is 11 miles away in Helston and features a Victorian village as well as sky-high thrill rides.
