Breath-taking views greet your arrival to Newquay as the high cliffs drop into the Atlantic Ocean. This exciting resort is popular with surfing fans and families looking for a traditional seaside holiday. Located on the northern edge of Newquay, Sea Pink Cottage is attractive and beautifully furnished, and is just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, the harbour and Newquay’s spectacular beaches such as Fistral Beach. The National Trust beach of Crantock is 2 miles away. There are plenty of waterside cafes by the original harbour, high quality restaurants, a golf course, karting, Newquay Zoo, aquatics park, saling club, paintball, Pirates Quest and quad biking. The Eden Project and many National Trust properties are within driving distance. This is the perfect seaside holiday home.

Entering into this excellently situated cottage you will find a comfortable and airy lounge, complete with Smart TV, Chromecast device, Wii games console and Bluetooth speaker. French doors lead out into the garden. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with everything you will need: electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. You will also find a downstairs WC. Heading upstairs you will find three bedrooms. The first contains a super king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin upon request) and a TV. There’s another super king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin upon request) and a single bedroom. There is also a bathroom upstairs, complete with shower over the bath and a WC.

Heading out through the lounge French doors you will be in the enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture so you can sit outside and relax. If you are bringing bikes and surfboards there is garage space available for storage, where you can also hang wetsuits.
