In the kitchen you can create delicious meals on the Aga, and serve them up in the separate dining room, a bright and pretty space with a table to seat ten. On the ground floor you’ll also find a shower room and a utility with storage space, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. All four bedrooms are on the first floor: two king-size (one with an en-suite WC), a double and a twin, plus a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The outside space is a delight: a large, lawned garden, a gravelled courtyard with furniture and a BBQ for alfresco dining, and a Scandinavian-style, wood-fired hot tub, set privately so you can unwind in the fresh air.

Situated in a quiet hamlet just 5 miles from the town of Wadebridge and all its amenities, the farmhouse is well placed for either a tranquil rural break or visits to the bustling towns of Padstow, 11.5 miles, or Newquay, 13 miles. The beaches of both north and south coast are less than 20 miles, while the iconic Eden Project is just 11 miles and the Lost Gardens of Heligan 16 miles.
