Rosemary Cottage is well placed in St Mawes within easy reach off all the local facilities including shops, restaurants and St Mawes two beaches. The cottage has three bedrooms and glorious sea views from two of them plus sea views from the dual aspect living room and garden. The living room has two large sofas providing seating for six people and the living room has two sets of patio doors one leading to a veranda where you can sit and look out to sea and the second leads to steps into the garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher and leads through to the conservatory with dining table and chairs and from here you can access the garden with its sea views. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has sea views and has the option to be made up as a double or twin room. The third bedroom has twin beds and yet another sea view. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
