There are plenty of restaurants and pubs to refuel, and the Arts Quarter is a fantastic spot to appreciate the local art, exhibitions and workshops. In one word...Disappointing. property appears to be sold and has become neglected. Unsuitable for a dog in so called garden. Equipment in kitchen rudimentary e.g 1 saucepan. No basic cleaning equipment, no shower mat and very slippery in shower. If you can get hot water out of any tap you are lucky. Mould on walls in shower room. Totally neglected.

Sea Glass Cottage is a very quant place to stay ,we just returned from a long weekend there and couldn't fault it, it was a excellent location for us with easy to reach places, would thourally recommend it to people.

Cottage and location were excellent, can highly recommend. Very close to Teignmouth and Dawlish with lovely local Pub 5 minute walk up the lane. Only negatives are outside area is not ideal especially if you are bit unsteady on your feet. Gate onto lane is not suitable to keep a small Dog secure and lastly as previous people have commented the TV still doesn’t work.
