Lose yourself in 800 years of history and the stunning views of Bideford Bay from the charming and historic fishing village of Clovelly, a scenic 12-mile drive along the coastal road from Westward Ho! Walk along the quayside in nearby Appledore and stop for a locally caught crab sandwich or a traditional Devonshire cream tea. For an adventure a little further afield, take a day trip by boat to the spectacular Lundy island, 12 miles off the Devon coast. Keep your eyes peeled for Lundy's resident puffins!
