Well kitted out although chairs round table were rather uncomfortable. Kitchen utensils etc good but not really any suitable dishes with kids for cooking in the microwave. Excellent TV and comfortable seating. Good mattress often not the case in other cottages. Cosy and light. Would certainly come again. Shame we didn’t get to meet owners.

A superb location to explore the area.

We have booked a few cottages around the Cotswold area but none have met such a high standard of cleanliness, style and comfort as goose lodge The accommodation was superb modern yet warm and comfortable, the level of presentation and cleaning done was excellent, lots of space and a stocked kitchen for when you feel like cooking and a decent television for a change for those cold nights in, The area is picturesque and a fantastic base for touring the Cotswolds, but take a torch the village doesn’t believe in street lighting so an evening walk can be tricky, are hosts made us and are dog most welcome on arrival and where always available if called upon , Goose lodge is by far the nicest place we have stayed so far in the Cotswolds and will definitely be returning , One last thing I will add, you can park your car out side your door which is quite a novelty theses days when you hire a place in the Cotswolds Thanks for a lovely stay Chris , Sandra and penny Are dog was welcomed by
