Set in beautiful Worcestershire countryside, in an aonb, Hornbeam Cottage overlooks the Malvern Hills and is perfectly located for a family break or quiet romantic getaway. In an ideal spot for walking, rambling and cycling, the holiday cottage is just a short walk away from the famous Three Counties Showground which hosts many shows and exhibitions all year round. It is also a stone’s throw from the historic British Camp, an ancient Roman fort dating back to the Iron Age. There are restaurants, cafés, shops and boutiques as well as a popular theatre in Malvern, and the spa town of Great Malvern is only a few miles away offering guests of all ages the opportunity to visit many of the popular local tourist attractions which include Great Malvern Priory, Malvern Museum, Bernard Green House and Gardens and St Wulfstan’s Church where Sir Edward Elgar is buried. The villages of Hanley Castle and Hanley Swan are only a short drive away and are perfect for a quiet picnic on the green or on the banks of the duck pond. Situated between the three counties of Hereford, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, guests will be able to find many other popular destinations all within an easy drive which include Ledbury, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon and many of the popular Cotswolds villages and towns including Broadway, Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden and Shipston-on-Stour. Had a super time at Hornbeam Cottage. We enjoyed the peaceful location and being able to walk our dog along the numerous footpaths from the property. The property was well equipped with thoughtful touches such as local map, kitchen foil, tea coffee milk etc.We hope to return soon.

Great location for accessing the Malvern hills if you enjoy walking. Also convenient for visiting Croome run by the National Trust some 30 minutes away. Finally close to Malvern and Malvern Theatres to see a film o'r show.
