This homely semi-detached cottage is situated in Withernsea, a cosy, coastal haven with a relaxed atmosphere, appreciated as a magnificent seaside town. Enter inside to the beautiful lounge/diner, a spacious haven to settle down in the company of your loved ones in front of the woodburning stove with a great outlook over the gravelled garden which invites the outside in. On the upper level you will discover a cloakroom, and two further bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated, with a pleasant view from the window which you can wake up to every morning of your stay. The flat, rural landscape surrounding the town offers some remarkable sweeping views. The villages feature historical landmarks, including a lighthouse now housing a museum, Withernsea's sand and pebble beach, a grand tower-like entrance, plenty of delicious cafés nearby and, further along the coast, the atmospheric Spurn Peninsula that stretches three miles out to sea. Also, less than a minute away, you will have access to a year-round dog friendly beach. Withernsea also boasts a traditional promenade, and ornamental gardens, a fabulous cottage in a popular part of Yorkshire.
Withernsea is a popular seaside town in the East Riding of Yorkshire and benefits from many historical landmarks, such as the museum in the lighthouse, a huge nuclear bunker and a Napoleonic fortress. The town also boasts a small sand and pebble beach, a traditional promenade, fish and chip shops and ornamental gardens. The surrounding villages offer some historical landmarks, including a lighthouse now housing a museum.

Very clean, well equipped, and all the facilities you could wish for. The only thing I would mention is that maybe a mattress topper on the double bed downstairs would make it more comfortable. But all in all I would recommend it and hopefully will be back again.

Another wonderful stay at the Driftwood,such a wonderful property and no faults to say of,everything in its place ,there was evrthing you needed in the property and more besides, a lovely spacious property very good set out aswell for any one who is disabled the space in Driftwood is in abundance,a lovely stroll down the road to the promenade 5 minutes away,an absoluetly prestine propery,very well kept a real must for a visit, thankyou to all involved ,we shall almost certaintly do another revisit

Very convenient location to the beach and short walk to the town centre. Very cosy accommodation with only a few minor faults which are so small you would have to be picky to name them. Would definitely look at returning in the future as the location is ideal and dog friendly.
