The immediate area is perfect for walkers, with landmarks including Aysgarth Falls, Wensley Waterfall, The Forbidden Corner and the ruins of Richard III’s Middleham Castle, all within 5 miles. The thriving market town of Richmond (12.5 miles) is home to Richmond Castle, Richmond Falls, Easby Abbey and the National Trust’s Round Howe and Hudswell Woods.
