With a picturesque and relaxing location in Pendine near Laugharne, this is an excellent base for exploring the beaches and the magnificent countryside of Carmarthenshire and the rest of west Wales. Ideal for family seaside holidays or for those simply wishing to get away from it all and unwind in beautiful surroundings, this apartment offers easy access to Carmarthenshire and the Pembrokeshire National Park. Tenby, Saundersfoot, Laugharne and Carmarthen are all within a half-hour drive. The apartment has been finished to a very good standard, boasting large open plan living areas with underfloor heating which extends into a well-equipped kitchen with modern units and amenities. Outside, the large patio is the perfect place to enjoy alfresco dining, the spacious terrace offering table and chairs and of course exquisite views. The Pembrokeshire border is within easy reach and is home to the popular coastal resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby with their cobbled streets, seafood restaurants and encased in their tranquil fishing harbours. A visit to the resort would not be complete without a trip to the county’s award-winning leisure attractions including Oakwood, Anna’s Welsh Zoo and Folly Farm.
