Sat in an elevated position, this detached stone cottage provides a fantastic southerly view over the many islands and varied coastline of Roaring Water Bay
An exceptional stone cottage just 100 metres from the beach. This charming detached two bedroom holiday home is perfect for four guests with two bedrooms, a farmhouse style kitchen and a relaxing sitting room. The views are awesome, imagine walking up and wandering down to the beach for a stroll along the seashore before heading home for a coffee on the patio overlooking the bay. A lovely feature of the cottage is the spacious conservatory with floor to ceiling glass to two walls making the most of those fabulous sea views.
This comfortable holiday cottage is in a quiet spot on a working farm with south facing views over the many islands and coastline of Roaring Water Bay. A popular beach for wind surfing and canoeing, look out for the seals basking on shore of the islands. Nearby Ballydehob, just 1½ miles away is a colourful and vibrant village with some excellent restaurants including one with a Michelin star! Another favourite is the fishing hub of Schull, 5 miles away with its bustling harbour, this is a lovely spot for relaxing and wandering around the craft shops and galleries. Visit farmers markets, take a boat trip to Cape Clear Island or go whale watching from Baltimore… There's something for everyone in this beautiful area of Co. Cork.
