Located only a mile from the coastal village of Portwrinkle in South East Cornwall, this one bedroom barn conversion is situated in a picturesque setting, surrounded by beautiful woodland and vineyards. 200 metres from the barn is a private lake for guests to enjoy, perfect for wild swimming, a spot of fishing or simply just to stroll around on a sunny afternoon. In addition to the pretty surroundings, Little Mill has its own private garden with fresh water stream, providing the perfect alfresco dining spot in the evening or a place to enjoy your favourite brew in the morning. The property has been renovated throughout, offering modern yet charming ground floor accommodation.

Portwrinkle is a small coastal village in South East Cornwall. Formerly a fishing village, Portwrinkle is now better known for its proximity to the 4 mile stretch of sandy beach at Whitsand Bay, only 2 miles from Little Mill. Often considered to be Cornwall’s secret corner, the Rame Peninsula is home to tidal creeks, sandy beaches backed by rocky outcrops, rolling fields and country parks. Tiny villages are dotted around and this stretch of coast fronting Whitsand Bay has expansive views across glistening seas, spectacular walks along the South West Coast Path and one of the few surfing spots on this side of the county.

Private garden with a fresh water streams that runs across the far end. Guests also have access to surrounding woodland and the private lake that permits wild swimming and fishing. Please note that the lake and streams are not enclosed, so care must be taken at all times when near sources of water. Private parking in the courtyard for up to two cars.

Changeover day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Pet Friendly: Maximum 1 pet; £25 per week.
