Please note that due to the pedestrian access to this property it is not suitable for infants, children or anyone with limited mobility.

Location

This apartment is quietly tucked away, just behind the main shopping street, in the heart of Lyme Regis. It is approached by a pedestrian only walkway and steps. As well as a sandy beach and seafront promenade, the town includes a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. Lyme Regis is a wonderful location for those seeking a traditional seaside break. There are many independent shops and galleries, along with an award winning museum, a small theatre and a cinema. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap (please check www.southwestcoastpath.org.uk for full details before setting off on your walk). For those planning a holiday without a car, the mainline railway station in nearby Axminster is served by a regular bus service (or taxis), to and from the town.

Bedroom with super king size double bed (or can be made up with twin beds, please request when booking if twin beds required). Bathroom with small bath, separate shower cubicle, w.c and heated towel rail.

Other information

Free parking permit for the Town Council car park in Hill Road (5 minutes walk from the property) provided. Shops, pubs and beach within a minute`s walk. One small dog welcome. Regret no infants or children. No smoking. Arrival 3.00pm - departure 10.00am. Arrival day for weekly bookings Saturday. Short break are available in advance from October to March only. Between April and September short breaks can only be booked where there is late availability.
