This charming holiday home is well situated for trips to the beach and offers a cosy retreat to relax in after a family day out. . Steps to entrance.

Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and French doors leading to garden.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, Freeview TV and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and Freeview TV.
Bedroom 3: With single bed, pull-out bed and Freeview TV.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. 1 small dog welcome. Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking. A great family holiday property just ¼ mile to the seafront and beach with all the amenities close by and a hot tub to enjoy after a day out on the beach. If you want to park the car up and leave it then this is ideal for you with plenty of shops and a post office within walking distance and a bus stop along the main coast road nearby as well. Beach Lodge is a new build finished in 2019 and set in a quiet cul-de-sac with private gardens to enjoy and a private hot tub. Nearby Skegness is a traditional seaside holiday resort with funfair, amusements, theatre and Gibralter Point nature reserve for days out, with Butlin’s and Fantasy Island also offering further entertainment within a short drive or bus ride. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
