Bedroom 1: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize bed on request) and en-suite with bath and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed, folding single bed (for child) and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 3: With single bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Large, lawned garden with terrace and garden furniture. Private parking. No smoking. . Adjacent to the owner’s farm the barn enjoys its own private terrace and large enclosed lawned garden. Horse racing at Market Rasen and the market towns of Horncastle and Louth are within 10 miles and Lincoln is 15 miles. Also 15 miles are the Hemswell Antique Centre and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. National Trust’s Tattersall Castle and Gunby Hall and east coast beaches are 28 miles. Shops 2½ miles, pub 2 miles.
