You are just a short walk away from the Oxford canal which provides a picturesque walk through the home of the Cropredy Folk Festival and onto Banbury Centre. From the cottage, you are well placed to visit The Cotswolds, Warwickshire & Silverstone and all that there is to offer including Warwick Castle (23 miles), Shakespears birthplace Stratford upon Avon (29 miles) Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm Shop (20 miles) & Blenheim palace (31 miles) or maybe spoil yourself at Bicester Outlet Village just 29 miles away. As you enter this charming cottage with a stylish country interior you arrive in the lobby area where you can kick off those walking boots and head in to explore your holiday home. The lounge is the perfect place to cosy up with loved ones so sit back and relax on either the two seater sofa, armchair, or bespoke window seat while you fire up the wood burner and watch your favourite show on the Smart TV. The kitchen has everything the chef of the group needs to lovingly prepare a meal, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and when dinner is ready serve it up at the dining table which can seat up to five guests. There are two bedrooms both with vaulted ceilings and plenty of storage space for your belongings, with the master bedroom being a king size and bedroom two, perhaps better suited for children, has a triple bunk bed. The family bathroom with shower over bath and WC is the perfect place to revitalise those senses after a good night s sleep or after a long day out exploring. Outside you have a gorgeous, enclosed garden area complete with a herb garden, a separate lawn, and a gravel area with a table and chairs which provide a perfect spot to enjoy some drinks, and why not indulge in some al fresco style dining. There is private parking available for 1 car and free on street parking subject to availability. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 triple bunk room. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, microwave, and dishwasher. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Smart TV in lounge and master bedroom. Wood burner (first basket of logs included).
