From Portinscale take a leisurely 20-minute walk across a country footpath into the bustling market town of Keswick or walk a little further into the village and catch the launch over Derwentwater and land at Theatre by the Lake. Lots of walks and activities on the doorstep just leave the car on the drive and off you go, sailing, mountain biking, fishing or for the less energetic relax in the garden or play some of the many board games at your disposal.
