It was cosy warm and comfortable. The log burner was great. The kitchen had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The location was great with lots of walks from the door with a couple of pubs just at the bottom of the lane. We would definitely recommend this cottage and hopefully will return..

We absolutely love this cosy cottage which is perfectly situated for exploring the walks from Threlkeld. There’s everything you need including a log burner and it’s walking distance from two pubs and the coffee shop so it’s the perfect holiday base. We have already booked our next visit!
