An 18th century detached cottage enjoying extensive views located in a delightful village.. Ground Floor:
Living room: With wood burner, Freeview TV with Sky TV, DVD player and a selection of books and DVDs.

Snug: With Freeview TV.
Kitchen/dining room: With breakfast bar, electric range with double oven and 5-ring induction hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and iPod dock.
Utility room: With washer/dryer and storage for boots, coats and outdoor equipment.
Cloakroom: With toilet. . First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, Freeview TV and DVD player.
Bedroom 2: With double bed, Freeview TV and DVD player.

Private parking for 3 cars; additional on road parking. No smoking. Visit England 4 Star. Please note: Access to the property is up through the tiered gardens and is quite steep in places.. Sunnyhill is an 18th century detached cottage in the delightful village of Brigsteer and has all the ingredients for a super holiday within the National Park. Extensive views can be enjoyed from most rooms, (even from the kitchen sink!) out over the Lyth Valley and the Langdales in the distance. There are a large number of traditional country inn’s serving excellent ales and bar meals and within walking distance there is a multi award winning pub. Sunnyhill has been improved without any loss of character and is a lovely home with feature beams throughout and a super wood burning stove to welcome you at the end of the day. Careful thought has been given to provide furnishings and linens to continue the cottage theme throughout and to accommodate the original features of this old house; the floors gently sloping in places.

Extensive tiered gardens to the front of the house with 3 seperate seating areas on terraces with garden furniture provided on each. There are drops in the grounds. The banister/balustrade height of this property is less than 1m and height of the handrail on the external steps is less than 1m. Up to two dogs only, at additional cost. There is an Access statement available for this property, if required please call 01228 599 960. Initial supply of fuel for woodburner included, thereafter available locally at cost.
