The Firs is a period Lakeland residence located close to the beautiful village of Bowness and the shores of Lake Windermere.

A 19th century house spread over three floors with traditional charm and delightful high ceilings.

The kitchen / dining room is a large sociable space with stylish quartz worktops and modern appliances. A family dining table is the perfect place to plan your day ahead over a Cumbrian breakfast. For added convenience a utility room is located on the lower ground floor. Head upstairs via a grand staircase and you’ll find two zip link super king bedrooms. A further flight of stairs brings you to a luxurious master bedroom suite with roll top bath and en-suite shower room. The second floor contains a second bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite with corner shower and WC.

A furnished garden is the perfect place for al fresco dining and there is plenty of parking available for 5 cars.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll down to the shores of Lake Windermere to catch a Windermere 'Steamer' to Ambleside or head to Lakeside for the aquarium and motor museum. Bowness is a firm favourite with families, you’ll find the award-winning World of Beatrix Potter attraction, a traditional cinema along with mini golf close to the lake shore.

Memorable holidays are formed at this spacious residence in the heart of the beautiful English Lake District.
