Fellhaven Lodge is a spacious holiday lodge in the Ullswater area of Limefitt Park. The lodge is in a quiet and private location of the park and you can choose to relax on either of the separate decking areas available, one of which surrounds a mature pine tree. Fellhaven Lodge is great for families or couples looking to get away to the countryside. Offering three bedrooms, 6 people plus and infant in a travel cot can enjoy this beautiful lodge. The living/dining/kitchen area is open plan and fully equipped for a relaxing break. Your lodge is nestled in a tranquil area of this lovely location at Limefitt Park; a lovely spot just four miles from Windermere village, five miles from the lake shore at Bowness, and ten miles from Ullswater: is a great base for your touring or walking holiday. Limefitt Park offers a pub, shop and children’s playground. You can walk to two local traditional pubs through the fields, and up onto the fells behind the Park toward the High Street range. Jump in the car and you’ll discover Brotherswater six miles away, and Ullswater ten miles away. Make some amazing memories with your break at Fellhaven Lodge.
The twin towns of Bowness and Windermere are both vibrant, fun-filled places set within the splendid scenery of the Lake District. Both towns provide a range of amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes whilst Ambleside offers the additional attraction of a boat ride to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House' at Sawrey. Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including many good walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure park. The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip. Children will enjoy a trip to the 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness whilst the villages of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach.
Accommodation
From the 19th December 2022- February 10th 2023, there will be no facilities open on Limefitt Park with the exception of The Haybarn Pub which will be open on New Year's Eve only, for the cost of tickets and more information, please contact Limefitt Park.
Three bedrooms: Master bedroom with king size bed, large walk in wardrobe, TV and ensuite shower room with WC and basin.
Second bedroom; double bedroom with TV.
Third bedroom; Twin bedroom with TV and PS2 with games.
Family bathroom with corner bath and over bath shower, WC and basin.
Open plan living/dining/kitchen area with electric fire.
A few steps up to the lodge, then all on single storey level.
Full gas central heating.
Gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, TV, DVD player, electric fire, PS2, TVs in all bedrooms, wifi provided by Limefitt Park, Fuel and power included in rent.
Bed linen and towels included in rent (please bring own leisure towels).
Parking for one car, additional cars can be parked at reception (200 yds).
Decking with outdoor furniture.
Please note, charging of electric vehicles is not permitted in this lodge, The nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere.

A barbecue slab is provided but please bring your own disposable barbecue and dispose of it appropriately.
