The Old Post Office is a Grade II listed apartment resting in Troutbeck Bridge, Cumbria. This ground-floor apartment was built in 1642 and retains much of its original character with beamed ceilings and a gas fire and is just a short drive away from Lake Windermere. On arrival, be greeted by an off-road parking space before heading inside to discover the open-plan living space, well-presented with a contemporary kitchen. The kitchen hosts an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and you can enjoy mealtimes together at the dining table. Unwind on the sofa or curl up in the armchair as you flicker through the TV and admire the warmth of gas fire stove. Head out onto the patio to admire the rural location from the furniture whilst your furry friend stretches out and you can make use of the barbecue for alternative cooking arrangements. As the evening winds to a close, retire inside and savour a bubble-bath or rinse the day away in the overhead shower. When sleep calls, there are two light and airy bedrooms, with a double and a zip/link twin for flexible sleeping arrangements. Awaken with a steaming cup of coffee and utilise the kitchen amenities to rustle up a home-cooked breakfast before a day of exploring. The Old Post Office makes an idyllic hideaway to the countryside of Cumbria. Note: This property can be booked with Ref, 1110328 together sleeping up to 8 guests.
