Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed.  Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Initial logs for wood burner included.  2 stairgates. .  Patio with garden furniture.  Garden (shared with other properties on-site).  On road parking.  No smoking.  Please note: There are 4 steps in the garden and an unfenced river at the bottom of the garden, 30 yards. .  The charm and character of this lovely property start at the stable style front door, and as soon as you open it up you are welcomed by the exposed slate walls and inviting wood burner.  The open plan living/kitchen/dining area draws you into this quirky property and you are immediately reminded of days gone by.  The living area has a sociable feel with comfortable chairs and sofas to encourage you to sit and talk about the day’s events in front of a roaring wood burner.  Similarly, the kitchen and dining area lend themselves to inclusive chatting over a glass of fine wine.  The first floor is accessed by a narrow staircase and offers a family bathroom and the first double room, a second twisting staircase leads to the master bedroom which is spacious and continues the character of the property with its exposed beams.  As you venture outside there is a small patio area which overlooks the large, shared garden and at the bottom of the garden is the River Crake which offers peace for those looking to relax to the soundtrack of its bubbling waters.
