The enclosed garden has a small wooded area where children can make dens and let their imagination run wild or feed the chickens and ducks in the orchard. This is the perfect location for a relaxing family holiday at any time of the year.

Horningtoft is a small village 5 miles south of Fakenham, surrounded by unspoilt countryside. It is an ideal base from which to explore Norfolk, you can have a day  at Fakenham race course, enjoy the wide open beaches and sand dunes of Holkham and Brancaster and the bustling quay side of Wells-next-the-Sea, which is a perfect location for crabbing are all only a short drive away. A little further afield is the ancient port of Kings Lynn or in the opposite direction the cathedral city of Norwich, where you will find theatres, museums, restaurants and shops to suit all tastes.
