The cream country-style fitted kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you could need to cook up a feast. This space combines with the dining area at the far end of the room to make a very pleasant sociable space. Walking across the inner hallway, a doorway opens to a lovely sitting room hosting double doors to the garden - just the place for everyone to congregate, chill out and catch up at the end of a busy day spent exploring. Upstairs on the first floor is a fabulous master bedroom suite, accompanying dressing area, and doors that open to the wonderful south-facing decked terrace. There is a further bedroom hosting a double bed, and a family bathroom on this floor too. On the top floor, enjoying the views across the back of Brancaster, are two bedrooms each providing twin beds, and both with vaulted ceilings. Outside, a fully enclosed, attractive south-facing and private landscaped, walled courtyard garden is the perfect choice for when you feel like taking a lazy day soaking up the warm rays. The delightful garden room with sofa seating offers a shaded alternative, and doubles up as a quiet space to read, work or play.

Brancaster Stores and Post Office houses a brilliant deli and coffee shop, as well as stocking plenty of every day goods. Brancaster Village Hall hosts Bar 71 where good times, drinks, friends and fun are served. It is the social heart of Brancaster village offering a licenced, family friendly bar with the cheapest drinks along the coast, and a calendar of monthly events including live music, discos, quiz nights, bingo, skittles and poker tournaments.
