Enjoying the perfect countryside setting abundant with birds and wildlife, this single-storey detached holiday cottage stands within the owner’s grounds, with its own enclosed patio garden and a further 2 acres of pasture land (shared with the owner) to explore. Bird enthusiasts will enjoy sightings of the visiting barn owl and paddock buzzards. A network of miles of quiet lanes and trails offer excellent walking and cycling opportunities. The cottage is furnished and equipped offering open plan living with laminate floors throughout and provides an excellent standard of accommodation making it a perfect choice at any time of year. There is a small farm shop on the premises which supplies home made produce as well as a few basic essentials. Available from April to October, there is a purpose-built swimming facility for dogs, and guests can book to use the pool on a daily basis, subject to availability, free of charge. An ideal location just a short drive of the North Norfolk coastline with its wealth of sandy beaches, pretty coastal villages and rspb nature and bird reserves. Boasting a central position within a few miles’ drive of the convenience provided by the major Norfolk towns of East Dereham, Swaffham and Fakenham. Castle Acre, 5 miles, for castle ruins, a good pub and café. The Royal Sandringham Estate, is 18 miles. The city of Norwich, is 25 miles, for excellent shopping, cathedral, castle museum, theatre, cafés and restaurants. Wroxham, 32 miles, capital of the famous Norfolk Broads, for daily boat hire and river trips are available to explore the miles of inland waterways and riverside cafés. Shop, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.
