A perfect hideaway for couples, or small groups of friends to enjoy throughout the seasons, there is a fully enclosed south facing garden and you can even bring a couple of your four-legged friends on holiday with you - perfect!

This lovely detached bungalow is conveniently located on a quiet road close to the village centre. The property offers two bedrooms, both with king-size beds and also a wonderful conservatory to the rear with two sets of french doors that open out onto the enclosed, south facing garden. There is also a cabin in the garden which has a leather sofa and two comfortable armchairs, along with a television; and for those who need to work from home, a study area complete with WiFi. This is a lovely addition to the bungalow and ideal for spending a balmy evening enjoying the warm summers. There is a separate patio area complete with dining table and seating for four.

Heacham is a pretty coastal village with excellent local amenities, and makes for a great base if you want to get out and about exploring coastal and rural Norfolk. There's always plenty to see and do, from making sandcastles or trying your hand at some water sports on a choice of fabulous local beaches. Enjoy lovely walks on the Peddar's Way and North Norfolk Coastal path, birdwatching at the many nearby nature reserves, visiting a country house or two (both Sandringham House and Houghton Hall are close by) or take a tour around Norfolk Lavender. If you are a foodie and eating out is your favourite thing, you are truly spoilt for choice.

Please note, the garden at Broadway Bungalow has a greenhouse at the far end, care should be taken in this area, the garden is fully enclosed for your dogs, beyond the garden fence is farmland with horses grazing and beyond this is further farmland and Wild Ken Hill where Spring Watch 2021 was filmed, so you get plenty of bird life visiting.
