About this property

Sea Breeze Apartment No. 9 is conveniently situated in the heart of Hunstanton, Norfolk just minutes from the local amenities and the sandy beach. This is the perfect base for a traditional bucket and spades holiday for a small family, a couple or a group of friends. Inside, the sitting room is set around a woodburning stove and is a lovely room to relax in with your favourite film at the end of the day. There is also a dining area here when you can gather in the evening over a delicious home-cooked meal. The kitchen and adjoining utility are well-equipped for cooking up a storm and lead onto the family shower room where you can freshen up after a day at the beach. Outside there is a larger dining area with space for the whole group in a courtyard patio and the added benefit of an off-road parking space. Just a short walk from the doorstep will take you to all of the local amenities and the beach where you can enjoy long walks along the sand. There is something for everybody with a golf course, a Sea Life centre, rock pools to explore and watersports to try. The Royal Estate of Sandringham and a number of coastal towns and villages provide excellent days out. Further afield is the popular town of King's Lynn, home to a good selection of pubs and restaurants should you want a break from cooking. The historic town is home to King's Lynn Minster, a beautiful Gothic cathedral, and the True's Yard Fisherfolk Museum, which is a fascinating insight into the town's fishing heritage. The Lynn Museum is also worth a visit, and the Stories of Lynn - Museum and Old Gaol Cells is a great way to learn about the town's history. Sea Breeze Apartment No. 9 is an ideal getaway at any time of the year.

Sunny Hunny, the award-winning seaside village of Hunstanton, is noted for its spectacular sunsets over the sea. Hunstanton is family-friendly. The seaside promenade has rock and candyfloss sellers, funfair rides, a sealife sanctuary, bowling, golfing, a leisure centre, pitch-and-putt, Esplanade gardens, a theatre, clean sandy beaches, donkey rides, and amphibious boat excursions. On Sunday afternoons, a band performs at the bandstand overlooking the beach, serenading sunbathers and day-trippers.

The gas meter adjacent to the front door needs a stronger and un-broken cover. A small table for the kitchen would be welcomed. Apart from that not bad.

Is this property a working progress? If so why didnt it say ?. I wouldnt have stayed there any longer than 4 nights . And wouldnt stay again. Mould in some of the rooms . I have copd which was very alarming on arrival , we had to keep the windows open at all time . The windows are great if you are 7ft 6 to reach the top of them to open and close to let the light in or out. i left a note with the saucepans untensils on the cooker with a note saying how disgusting they were they was absolutely appauling all stained scratched marked dirty . The sofas in the lounge were as comfortable as sitting on carboard . The very tiny little so called dining table in the lounge has 2 chairs against the wall ,which i wrote clean me on the dust. Outside there was a outdoor table and cairs , they had not been cleaned wiped down for a long long time . Overall poorpoor .

A nice size property beds was comfy and kitchen bathroom very nice . Lounge area very comfy and and nice size. It would of been nice to have some milk and tea bags on arrival as I was travelling with my parents both pensioners and after a long journey all they wanted was a nice cup of tea on arrival ( good job Tesco was close by). We had a lovely stay at this property and would defo like to revisit in summer season . Thanks to the owner for having us as guest and for letting us stay at your superb well located property.
