One of a group of carefully designed cottages, set back off the road, with an enclosed lawned garden and playhouse. Seaside resorts of Hunstanton and Heacham, Sandringham Estate and rspb bird reserve at Snettisham all close by. Walks from the doorstep and quiet lanes offer good cycle rides. Golf, fishing and horse riding available locally. Shop 10 yards, restaurant/pub 100 yards.
