Dawlish House is an Edwardian detached townhouse which has maintained many of its attractive original features, while also bringing modern facilities and conveniences to the fore. This is highlighted by the inclusion of the annexe that has been developed to offer your group a fun night in. Who needs to go to the cinema when you can bring the cinema to you.

Three comfortable bedrooms await, offering a good range of beds that will suit various needs. The second floor twin room has been furnished with two double beds, meaning groups will be able to enjoy the extra space and comfort provided. Dawlish House also provides three separate dining spaces, two inside and one out, allowing you to cater in various different ways, both formally and informally.

The enclosed rear garden offers a good area of lawn that children, dogs or sun bathers will find equally appealing, all of which is quite private. A comfortable dining table and chairs are provided, with great direct access to the kitchen, so the wine fridge never needs to be out of reach. Being protected on all sides, the garden acts a suntrap, allowing groups to relax long into the evening. Parking for three cars is also provided by the off-road parking to the front of the property.

Snettisham is a fabulous location to enjoy much of what Norfolk has to offer. The local rspb reserve is famous for Pink Footed Geese and in the winter you can join the wardens for a bacon sandwich and a guided viewing of the thousands that pass through. This is one for the early risers! Wild Ken Hill has also become famous for Springwatch and the rewilding is of national significance. From here, you’re also afforded some great views of the coastline. If battling with the elements is not to your liking, the Rose and Crown and the Old Bank offer two contrasting experiences for dining, but both have received some acclaim for their work and are highly recommended. For families, Snettisham Park and Heacham Lavender provide fun days out and are both within a five-minute drive, with the Sandringham Estate being another five minutes down the road.
