Situated on the main village road overlooking fields to the front, this semi-detached home offers a historic village life experience. On entering the property, take the internal elevator, or alternatively opt for the modern staircase, to the light and spacious first floor living environment. Hosting a stylish, contemporary well-equipped kitchen featuring a built-in Siemans coffee machine, and plenty of worktop space, this is the ideal place to rustle up a delicious meal using local produce. Take a seat at the sit-up barstools, or gather together in the social dining area. A comfortable sitting area features large sumptuous L-shaped sofa and leather wing-back armchair. Ignite the impressive wood burning stove and nestle in to watch a film on the statement television with surround sound, Sky, SkySports, Netflix and Amazon. Much thought has been taken by the owners to make this house individual. This property has both an internal elevator and staircase making it suitable for those with restricted mobility, although it should be noted that there is a step up from the road into the porch area and two steps down into the courtyard garden.
