A charming double bedroom with an en-suite shower room completes the ground floor. There’s bench-style seating for al fresco dining, and the area is fully enclosed for four-legged guests.

A walk around Blakeney is like stepping back in time. Admire the traditional cottages and historic buildings, many of which now house cute cafes, galleries, and gift shops. Afterwards, head down to the quay where boat trips depart to Blakeney Point – home to England’s largest seal colony. Further afield, spend the day at the beach at one of the many resorts along the north coast, including Wells-next-the-Sea, Brancaster, and Cromer. For shopping and eating out, head to the market town of Holt (5.5 miles).
