17th Century Poppy Cottage with its low doorways and original Pamment floors is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the North Norfolk coast with the coastal town of Sheringham only 3 miles away. Bodham has a traditional pub serving excellent meals.

From the moment we entered Poppy Cottage we were entranced. From the delightful pictures on the walls, to the many warm throws and cushions on the sofa, everything was just so cosy, comfortable and welcoming. The whole cottage was delightful.

Not recommended for guests with mobility issues or anyone over 6 feet tall, they will not be able to stand up in the kitchen. Otherwise a cosy and nicely decorated cottage in a good location and with really good food and friendly service at the local pub - a couple of minutes walk away.

Delightful and quiet cottage, nearby the Norfolk attractions of Holt, Sheringham and several National Trust sites. Ideal place for a winter break with the coziness of the wood burning stove. A cute old cottage but with this comes the steep stairs, low doorways and ceilings. We loved staying here and would definitely return.
