The cottage is ideally situated in the idyllic coastal village of Bodham, a great location for guests looking to explore all the wonders of the North Norfolk Coast. Bodham and the North Norfolk coast is the perfect place for families to spend time together, the town of Sheringham is just 3.5 miles away with its cafes, pubs and shops, and the infamous North Norfolk Railway steam train that takes you to the Georgian market town of Holt (4 miles). Eager walkers can discover Sheringham Park (1.5 mile) and Holt Country Park (4 miles) or cross Kelling to reach the gorgeous and secluded beach at Weybourne (3 miles). Other local attractions include Mannington Gardens, Amazona Zoo, Baconsthorpe Castle and Muckleburgh Military Collection (all within 7 miles). Nature lovers can head to the stunning Cley Marshes (6.5 miles) and take a boat trip out to observe the seal colony off Blakeney Point.
From the cottage's private driveway, enter the property and you will immediately find yourselves in the living room. Tastefully finished and furnished, you will instantly feel welcome as soon as you step through the door. This room is a wonderful place to relax and unwind, with the addition of a wood burner to put your feet up in front of in those colder months. Leading onto the kitchen, which is extremely well equipped throughout allowing guests to create a range of home cooked comforts. Upstairs is where you will find the family shower room as well as the two bedrooms, the master with double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds.
Stepping out of the back door from the kitchen, guests can enjoy the cottages private courtyard garden with garden furniture and if the weather is inclement go undercover in the garden room discreetly tucked away at the bottom of the garden. This truly is a wonderful space for guests to enjoy an evening meal, or sit and enjoy your morning coffee and plan the day's adventures.
