A very pretty semi-detached stable conversion, set in a peaceful village location, just a few minutes' walk from a beautiful sandy beach and good local amenities. Most of the beach is dog friendly all year round, so simply perfect if you want to bring your four-legged friend along too.

As the name would imply, this character property was once the stable block to the 'big house' and was converted and fully modernised some years ago into a charming cottage, with a bright and airy open-plan contemporary living space on the ground floor, and two bedrooms (king-size and twin) and two bathrooms (one is en-suite) on the first floor.
Comfortable and well-equipped, Seahorse Stables is a delightful place to spend a holiday and the ideal base for a small family who enjoy having easy access to a beach, as well as being a perfect choice for couples and friends looking for a bolt hole at any time of the year and enjoy getting out and about.
There are some really lovely coastal and rural walks close by and, if you want to bring your bike along, there is safe storage available within the garden shed. Well-behaved dogs and little ones are all welcome and there is a handy outside tap for washing off those sandy toes and paws!

Comfy sofas, amazing games and beds. The fridge is good and spacious. Brilliant utility. Great selection of books. Short walk either way to the beach. The Seahorse Cottage is so cosy. Especially after a long day out walking. Decorated beautifully. Pub right next door. Tip: Sunday lunch at the White Horse.

Seahorse stables was a perfect cosy cottage for our Christmas break. It was our first holiday with our dog so we wanted to be near the beach for her, and it couldn't have been better! The cottage was well-equipped for every need, and we were delighted with the Christmas tree and Christmas hamper that was left for us. So thoughtful! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Norfolk is the dog friendliest place in the UK! The best place for a doggy holiday.
The W Family
Wonderful stay here at Seahorse Stables! Lovely place to stay with everything we needed - house well equipped and clean. Had a fantastic meal at The Red Lion in Cromer - always friendly staff and great food. Also No.1 for fish & chips. The beach here in Overstrand never disappoints, we were very lucky to enjoy gorgeous weather. We are sure to be back! Thank you xx
