Both the well-equipped modern fitted kitchen and the adjoining dining room benefit from their own set of bi-fold doors to open up the house to the enclosed courtyard garden on warm sunny days and evenings. After feasting on some fine local fayre, you can retire to a sophisticatedly relaxing sitting room with large sofas to sink into, set around a wood burning stove and a large wall-mounted Smart television. From the dining room, steps (mind your head!) lead down to a great basement conversion, with a relaxed seating area with a second television, softly lit by natural light from the light wells at the front of the house. Up the stairs on the first floor are three inviting bedrooms (two king-size and a twin), and two shower rooms, one of which is en-suite.
